Draft — 2026-10-24-draft-v1. This page states the product scope GroomMe is built to enforce. Items marked [CHRIS DECISION] are parked for the owner (and counsel, if he chooses) before selling beyond the pilot.

Refund policy (draft)

The fee is $20, one-time, no subscription.

• Pack not delivered, or QA fails: full $20 refund. [CHRIS DECISION — confirm standard]
• You change your mind before recording: full refund on request. [CHRIS DECISION — confirm]
• After a QA-passed pack is delivered: [CHRIS DECISION — refund window, if any]
• Self-only breach (recording another person): no pack; refund at GroomMe's discretion per the Terms.

Refunds go to the original payment method via Stripe.
